Having more than 10 years experiences in business development & talent development in various industries including Talentics, Daya Dimensi Indonesia, PemimpinID and Siemens Energy. Aji deliver an excellence results to reputable clients such as Pertamina, InJourney, Pelindo, Sarinah, Pupuk Indonesia, and many more. Aji has a Master Degree in Technical Management from Hochschule Emden Leer Germany and got an award as the 2nd Best CEO in 2021 from SWA Magazine. Aji has also a well known speakers for leadership event, national and international with total more than 10,000 people participate.
Muhammad Yusuf
Co-founder & Partner
With more than 30 years of expertise in IT, Sales Marketing and Human Resources, Yusuf has been a pivotal figure in integrating technology and human capital to drive business success. Having worked in leading company of manufacturing & sales marketing. Have strong Japanese working values - Toyota Way – such as Continuous Improvement and Respect for People. He has extensive experience across area, including Indonesia, the regional office in Bangkok, and the Head Office in Nagoya Japan.
Jogyo Susilo
Co-founder & Chairman
Former Executive Trainee at Trakindo Utama, a Caterpillar dealer and Senior Sales manager at Shell Indonesia. In 2002, he founded several businesses, including SAS, a security and parking services company, and Enersol (a Mechanical Electrical System Integrator & Consultant and a distributor of global products such as Enercon USA, Schneider, GE, Philips, IPU, Panasonic, and Shell). He also have an automotive and culinary businesses. Besides that, He also active in several social organizations as head of mechanical engineering alumnae ITS & entrepreneur alumnae ITS association.
